  1. I care about a woman's (especially a black woman's) right to express her self how she so wishes and not continually be hounded for it. Especially with general bullshit about her decisions being the cause of self hate. You can't paint every black woman with the same brush. But then in the same breath, you will have SOME lost black men (and boys) turning around and telling her how ugly her natural hair is or having her aesthetics compared to whatever black men is well known at the time when she does rock her hair with no relaxer, straightening, weave or wig. Black men have their own issues that they need to be dealing with before they want to care and come and start noise about what a black woman is doing.
  2. This is always what black girls say when this question is put to them.white and Asian girls wear weaves suited to European hair-blacks don't. If white and Asian girls started putting afro weaves in their barnets can u imagine how stupid that would look. / In answer to the op- it's because of the media Black women DO wear afro type weaves; but not every black woman even has the 'typical, afro-type' hair texture. So what are they supposed to blend their hair with if they choose to wear a weave and want to leave some of their hair out? Some black women have relaxed i.e. straight hair. Therefore a straight sew in blends with the texture they have at that time. Some just want to switch up their look and have a straight style. Who cares? It's certainly no different to straightening hair using heat and is potentially a lot healthier. And Asian (read Japanese) girls (and guys) DO manipulate their hair to mimic an afro texture. this lackadaisical 'who cares answer' black guys care we care because we do not want to be with someone who is fake POINT BLANK PERIOD rock your own hair pretty simple Yes. Because I'm going to let a man dictate to me how I can style my hair. Ok..
  3. They actually should, but it's a tough market for black people to break in to. Asians have it cornered. And I know they are being laughed at by these Asians when they come in to buy their tracks especially. If you're going to give your money away, might as well do it to support your own community. But that's a whole other topic, which goes a lot deeper before it's able to become that simple.
  4. Because when Black women do its more OBVIOUS seeing as the majority of Black women do not have naturally straight hair, but White/Asian women do or tend to have normally straight hair for which the weave pretty much is seen like an hair extension So why not get on the case of the women who relax and straigten their hair as well then? It's only obvious if they don't get their hair done well. I may have been able to take your point more seriously if you yourself hadn't outlined that the typical afro hair texture is less aesthetically pleasing than straight hair. You have no argument there. Moron, smh.
  5. I don't know what you're saying as I don't wear wigs or weaves. But so what if they are wearing wigs now? Wigs have been worn since the days of ancient civilisations (Egypt).

  8. White women wear weaves too Asian women wear weaves as well What is your point? Why single out black women?
  9. He really isn't right. Quite sad how misinformed many people are about the Church's purpose. Especially black people.
  10. And some of these women out here having kids for shits and giggles, for their ego or 'because they want someone to love them back' are crazy though. Not fair to the kid or society at large.
  11. Casual sex is wrong for both but it would be nice if women realised the power they possess. So even if the double standard you presented did hold and women held it up, it will impact the men as well. Unless of course you want to be having casual sex with each other.
  12. What is 'bad' hair? That is a load of foolishness. The only way food is affecting hair is by the nutrients it provides, whether you're black, white, Asian, whatever.
  13. Consider the fact that Chukka has identified one of the major reasons why and that he wants to remedy that.
  14. Pretty normal if your jamaican tbf No. It isn't.
  15. She could have put that all behind her and embraced motherhood... At least they didn't have a son I guess. True. Just a daughter who'll it'll be a miracle if she doesn't follow in her footsteps. She doesn't exactly have the best female role models surrounding her and the men are weak to rass.

    Baby Shower's

I'm sure you're not supposed to organize your own baby shower, rather someone else close to the mother. Quite tacky to throw your own.

Some women like to be victims still could easily be the truth the pic with his hand over her mouth n shes jus accepting it if she was really mad she wouldnt have that this is nigella not some helpless victim 1 of them half rage half pisstakey rows that i cant imagine is too possible to have with black women or maybe she has a cook book / life tips manual out in the new yr n this is the pre promotion So much foolish drudgery and fraff coming from you (and others) in this thread smh
  20. HahahahahahahahaWow. LOOOOOOOL YB HATESSSSS darkskin girls fack What do you think of Gabrielle union and Esther Baxter? i think they're attractive but they don't come along often and i think iv made it clear how i think they could be improved Gabby U is perfect how she is. She wouldn't look better with lighter skin..most likely would be weird looking tbh
  21. The same points that I already refuted and you haven't had a reasonable argument to expand upon...?..ok..
  22. Well I and no other Christian I know is making anything up as we go along or trying to 'make homosexuals' acceptable. We aren't even religious in ourselves but we know our Word and do our utmost to live by and uphold it. The generalisations don't cause your point to sit with me. Neither does using eating pork as an example because you still haven't shown where you came up with your conviction on that.
  23. Christianity is just crap anyway, always contradicting itself, thus why I don't follow it anymore. But it is forbidden. Lol at you..you seem simple anyway.. but can you show me something that overrides what I stated please? How do you conclude that it is forbidden? New Test + Old Test, contradiction to a tee. It's not a contradiction, more of a follow on, and there's many ways in which the Bible can be taken and read, for an occasion. By this I mean, historically (in which it would be wise for you to study in context with other historical sources) spiritually (which only set people seem to understand but ho hum because even that is stated) and morally, for example, which is what most seem to do and for wisdom. But you can go way back into the OT and see where it was prophesied throughout that Jesus/Yeshuah would be the one to come and reconcile. Oh, and I noticed how you didn't show me your conviction on pork being forbidden, but it's ok. Spiritually speaking, NT isn't an edited word of God, His original Word will always stand. The problem here is that some are seeing OT and NT as two completely separate things, when really they aren't (at least not to me) But as I said above it's more of a follow on from that prophesied throughout the OT and focuses more on the life of Jesus and the building of the Body of Christ.
