I got a job and I haven't even got my final results from uni yet. They based it all on my placement year and experiences I had gained. Now this may only apply to the IT industry, but thats the experience me and alot of my friends have had.

I swear the last advert break was a good 10 minutes. At least BET actually has other non BET adverts now, lol. I'm not impressed so far, the whole show seems bare unprofessional, even the performances.
