Lol at all this talk of Spurs today on paper have a better team. Not a chance. Yes a better squad, but Arse will strenghten.Obviously the team is down to the togetherness of the players and losing your captain is a major blow but...Wenger >>>>> JolLehmann >>> RobinsonChimbonda >>> EboueToure & Gallas >>> King & DawsonClichy >>> BaleLennon >>> HlebGilberto & Fab >>> Jenas/ZokoraRosicky >>> MalbranqueBerbatov & Keane >>> Adebayor & RVPThats about right. But RVP could easily score 15league goals next season and Adebayor 12ish.
We have a far greater team on paper.Remember we still have one more major signing to make. And how can you say Lehmann is better than Robinson?Judge Bale already....Steed wont be starting next season. And our strikeforce shouldnt even be compared to a strikeforce containing the poor man's Benjani.

"Embarrass"Huh?A 2-2 draw and a 1-1 draw after full time is now classed as an embarressment.Hmmmm ok.And Adebayor is one of the most useless players in the premiership, like i said, he scored against us a couple if times, guess scoring against an off form Robinson, and with Rocha and Gardener in your defence, now makes you a good player it seems.

LATEST UPDATE: Sources in England have since added to the details. Barcelona vice president Ferran Soriano (who was in Rome today to discuss Christian Chivu's transfer) returned from London at 2am in the morning, having reached an agreement with the Arsene Wenger.LATEST UPDATE: Sources in Spain are suggesting that top Barcelona officials have intentionally leaked the story once they were sure the agreement with Arsenal was formally complete. The move completes Barcelona's desire to put together the best attack in the world, with Henry, Eto'o, Ronaldinho and Messi sharing the three starting spots up front. With a maximum of 55 games next season (excluding internationals), Barca are seemingly confident each of the four can feature in 35 odd games, and remain fresh for the decisive part of the season.Barcelona are also expected to sign Christian Chivu and Yaya Toure in the coming days as they look to move quickly after losing the La Liga title to Real Madrid.
pissed... swear arsenal been after yaya toure for time as well

why are you suprised? You played a majority of your first team and they failed to get past the likes of hoyte, denilson , walcott, almunia etc and you'll lot claim to be reaching Champions league potential. Please be serious

Is this the same, Hoyte, Denilson and Walcott that arsenal fans are hailing as the next batch of world superstars?Going on like your team played players on par with Cygan, Jeffers and Luzhny....Football doesnt work on the basis, of that we werent able to beat your "2nd string" team, we have no chance at qualifying for the Champions League, please, with that sort of thinking you lot lost to Sheffield Utd and West Ham, yet you consider yourselfs to be among Europes elite.

Thing is spuds are constantly sizing themselves against Arsenal, the point I'm trying to make is how stupid that is when you fail to overcome a team of fringe and youth player. The same spuds who haven't beaten us this century yet due us to losing one player will finish mid-table whilst the spuds get into the champions league.

At the end of the day, arsenal have had their little nice decade at the top, all good things gotta come to an end at some point, cant go on forever. In all seriousness, you know deep down, how we have come on leaps and bounds in the last 4 years, compared to the shitness of Tottenham from 1996-2003. You know now we pose a threat, and many arsenal fans are in denial about that, denial we also now more than ever pose a huge threat after todays goings on to their 4th place. With all this taken in, do you still think that arsenal will finish above Tottenham next season?

Yeah the s[uds have improved, i'd be dumb to deny that but come on that change isn't enough to mount a challenge to us or even for a CL position. We finished 4th only missing out on 3rd because of goal difference, bear in mind that van persie has been out for half the season aswell as henry. Whilst we've suffered those injuries including gallas, eboue and rosicky (at periods) we've still managed to get 4th. On the other hand you lot only assured yourselves of 5th in the last two games.you'll challenge for 4th but you won't make it, 4th is not our agenda anyway. Any big club goes into the season challenging for the title, you may be happy with trying for 4th but I know I won't

People seem to forget also, we missed our captain and arguably our most influential player, not to mention one of our best players for over 2/3 of the season. And we still managed to get 5th, while reaching 2 quater finals, and a semi final in each competition out with the league we were in.That spells improvement to me, massive improvement, of course we didnt give 4th a push like 05/06, but compare playing 38 games to 56. For many of the players it was a learning experiance, and for the upcoming season, they will be more than ready.I sincerely believe, that we now have a remarkable chance at getting Champions League football, one more good signing, anywhere in the team, hold onto Berbs, and everyone knows, from Man Utd to Derby, we will be a very tough team on our day next season.Of course arsenal wont be happy with 4th, you lot should have in the last few years been challenging for the title, maybe now though, depending on your signings, could be time for a reality check, and if Tottenham get 4th, damn right i'd be over the moon, remember it was all of 6 years ago, we were finising round about 13th/14th.Expectations, still for both clubs, vary massively.

bwoy dark times for arsenal, don't matter if Henry gets sold for 16 mil or 60 he can' be replaced. Big loss for the premiership but watch everyone start sucking him when/if he's playing for barca, bet he picks up some fifa honours as well.

Though Arsenal fans don't stop chattin and are constantly on the defensive I pity them.I remember the days when players like BRUCE, PALLISTER, INCE, Kanchelskis, Hughes, McClair, ROBSON, STAM, BECKHAM, VAN NISTELROOY, CANTONA & KEANE (to name a few) either retired or departed for next clubs. So I know how most of you must feel.I was shocked and worried to hear of these frequent clearances or retirements that took/take place at Man Utd. But Fergusson instilled the fact that no player is bigger than the club. Arsenal fans need to remember no player is bigger than the club.Wenger needs to regroup and I have full faith that if he stays on he will rekindle the Arsenal form that brought Cup doubles and CL final berths. By the very least they will maintain a strong challenge. Never ever rule them out.But for now...

Othen then that I cant think of any formation that fits them all in.
