I got a interview on thursday for a electronics storeit's my 1st job ( only just left school )what sorta question's shall i expect?im thinking things like ... ' why should we employ you ' ' why do u want to work here ' etc.what questions do they ask?

I actually hate that question. What is a really good answer? It seems like you are just saying when you worked in a team. How is one time different from others?

dnt say ur a perfectionistsay u tend to be disorgasnised at times but counter it by making lists. got that frm a book still i wudnt know, never had a 1on1 interview in my life

I've had 3 interviews for electrical stores (although only 2 different stores) and no-one asked me what my weaknesses were.. I swear managers know no-one in their right mind is gonna answer honestly"Well my main weakness is that i'm lazy, i find it hard to stay on track and i'm often distracted"

Silly example.Their obviously NOT going to ask him that question then...being that he's applied to work in an electrics store.The only advice I can give is make sure you can back up your answers with real life scenarios.
