for me - 3 meals a day, 3 snacks as standard its more a balanced diet than strictly healthy. If i'm training or got a busy day then its heavier meals. Eat nuff vitamin C (orange) carrots, oranges and that good for your skin and eyesight, eat fish but can only afford tuna and salmon at the moment, nuff water (hot and cold) and try throw in a few herbal/jasmin teas. Basically try get as many colours on your plate as possible and you should be on the right track.Trust me eat healthy for 2 weeks and you feel much fresher.

Breakfast: Bran Flakes2 hours later: Some peanuts and fruit.Lunch: Skinless Chicken breasts with salad.2 hours later: Tuna Sandwich on Granary bread with no mayo.Dinner: Grilled Salmon, steamed (must be steamed to keep the nutrients in) veg.All of this + excercise + 2 litres of water a day = sick body and a healthy, balanced diet.
