i watched a programme the other week called the Biggest boy in the world , not quite sure if the title was definately that but anyhow....... he was from a very poor region in russia , doctors couldnt understand why he was so obese, they took into consideration over eating and lack of execerise but still found it so strange that the boy who was only 7 or was it 10 , had got to such a large weightthe british doctor following this case on the programme came to the conclusion the mother had given him steroid tablets when he was like three.his mother insists her son is like some russian legend warrier and will be great competing in sumo wrestling , she didnt seem to concerned about her sons health , just about about his sumo wrestling career . turns our her son had been all over europe on tv shows because people are so amazed at his weight. so basically the mother was doing nothing to help her son , she was encouraging him that it was a good thing to be so obese and that he is a healthy boy just so she can cash in on some money from his fame.i felt sorry for this boy but he seemed happy enough with his sumo wrestling and going round prancing about on tv shows , he may be enjoying it now but still his health will suffer in the long run.
