Yeah i dont live with my dad but we are close i have some half bros sisters as well (on my dads side). I know what your saying about fam trying to do this n dat. Thing is my heads all over the place right now so i aint even focusing on this house + the money too tuff right now but there already trying to talk me into selling the house n getting a joint mortgage with one of them, which would obviously benifit me in no way shape or form.
NAAAAHTell them to SECKLE!!

You m8, are sorted.Get financial advice...If it was me i would probably sell the house say 350k, and bank the spare 35k.Live of the interest...interest rates are at 6.5% atm i think thats 22grande a month in interest..after tax say 15grande, you are good to go.
I refuse to believe people are this stupid. The amount of things wrong is disgusting.

lmao about get 2 mortgages then telling my man to rent it out.
AgainI didnt say he should get 2 mortgages.I said he should buy 2 properties with the 380k and rent them out.
LmaoI won't even try explain why that isn't the best way to go. It would just BE DUMB. Buying property outright isn't a good way of making money. It's fine in some cases. Just think about what your saying.Again you don't know what your talking about.

Yes, you can do it on a self Cert basis.Money Laundering officers will be on your case quick though if not CID or both lol

Another way is to just contact the owner & just buy it, no need for self cert at all. If its mortgaged just transfer the p to mortgagor.

im tryna catch a mortgage right now as it goes.looking on a 100% thing though, because i just dont have the £££ for a deposit biggrin.gifGoddaz, what's your opinion on these part rent/part buy schemes?
You can buy drums with NO deposit, just have p to cover your mandatory expenses like solicitor, survey etcIt's a good start (thats it) BUT AIM to buy the whole drum asap.
