LuLu Posted November 4, 2007 Report Share Posted November 4, 2007 When i was going through a spell of depression, well actually i dont know if it was definately depression but it was some madness anyway. Anyhow , my self estyem was really low , i was mad insecure about myself , lost my confidence which i was well known for having, also i stopped socialising with my friends for a while and just drove people away from me. Then i comfort ate for a while , which really didnt get me very far , just made me turn into a whale, which is not really the best of things to look like isit. I just hated myself basically, i was just one negative messbag.I turned to something else in order for myself to feel better about myself but nah that was not the answer to my problem, infact it just created another problem.it was just one horrible phaze i went through , that i never want to go back to.in order to help myself , i stopped feeling sorry for myself and started to think positive about myself. :-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
