how much is your rent, if you dont mind me asking
£280 PCM.. my landlord is proper safe ive known him all my life, anything i need for the flat he goes and gets same day none of that long sh*t!

me and my gyal was looking at this new build flat near my dads he pays £475 fully furnished some modern pad.they wanted £500 PCM no furniture! but the landlord said he wants me and my girlfriend to be earnin £1000 each to consider taking us on the same landlord as my dad i thought he'd hook us up but nah he wasnt on it. happy i didnt take it now tho lol

definately my gyal wants to start buying stuff now i said get out the danger zone (3months) and we'll go from there. I checked my ebay and shes watching some pram travel system, cot, moses basket bare stuff i just let her get on with it lol
