Neither. Guys (and its not just black guys - lets say 'urban youths') seem proud if they have a job, like ist not a basic necessity. And I think that is why young people these days under achieve - having a job should be a basic, the norm. It shouldnt even be acceptable to not have a job! From when guys feel no way to say 'I'm a shotta' or 'Hustlin is my job' then there is something wrong with our society.
