its not that they are bullies, its that they are allowed to bully. thats just bareface arrogance. but at the same time the british laws, and infact many other countries laws are lax when it comes to responding to american laws or renewed policies after 9/11.liek the whole finger printing thing, if the EU made it compulsory to do the same to americans, im sure they would complain to their congress to sort it out.applying to study in the US now is like applying to build a church in saudi arabia. yet, american sudents can study easily anywhere in the EU with little hassle. anyone who's been arrested regardless of wether it was saving your mother's life and you of course got let off, is asked to declare it before travellign or going to study/work. if you're foolish enough to say yes, you wont step foot in the country.yet, i know american students who have began study in the UK this september, for 1 yr and none of them have stepped foot in a british embassy. got their passports stamped for 18months at heathrow.thats why brasil now fingerprints and takes pictures of every american who comes into the country. and they have said they delete it.... and do it for the hell of it
