A man thrives for power. It stems back to Ancient times.
Yea, but that may not necessarily be a BAD thing. I mean, you can struggle for power all your life and on the way only do things which you see as ethically correct and you main attain that power and only use it for things which you see as ethically correct things to do. Its when people are prepared to do ANYTHING for power, thats where the problem comes in. But then POWER isnt the problem, its the feeling you need to do ANYTHING to attain it, thats the problem. I may be incorrect, just my opinion.

All words are someone else's words. And the pursuit of happiness is futile because the idea of 'happiness' is something which is an abstract, unquantifiable, non-existent value. What makes you happy? Why does it make you happy? More often than not, happiness is simply based on the level of envy and jealousy you invoke in others based on the status you acquire through owning or achieving worthless things.Man is the only creature on the planet which conjures up such ludicrous notions as religion and love and happiness, when all we are here to do is eat, f*ck and die. Our brains are so advanced we cannot comprehend the mundane reality of our existence and we construct invisible higher purpose to our pretty simple and straight-forward lives.Hence "It is only in the microscope that our life looks so big. It is an indivisible point, drawn out and magnified by the powerful lenses of Time and Space."
