Also, England can't play anything other than 4-4-2 IMO.The 4-3-3 thing works at club level because the players work on it every day, we don't have the right personnel for it and they arn't used to playing it with the England players.It won't work.4-4-2 is second nature to English players, everyone knows how to play it well. We must stick to that.

It's the system.It takes weeks to make a team thats never played together learn a system that they arn't comfortable with.Yeah, some of them play it at club level, but they have different roles and play it with different personel.
