I think they will do it but as usual there will always be a way around it. Look at how basic Zip files are, maybe you could just put masses of tracks in a zip file online then download. Im not sure the seantics but you get the idea

nahthey see packets, not files.n theres really no way of knowing unless the packets are coming from a known IP address that supplies illegal content
