Barbers.Went to a new one today because my local was closed for some reason. Sitting down waiting now and I see an Audi RS4 pull up outside with some sick rims and tinted windows. The driver came in and I was thinking ''I know this guy''. Was my older from school days. When I was in year 7/8 he was in year 10/11 and he always used to look out for me. Hadn't seen him in about 5 years, got him to shape me up and we started talking. Asked him how he get a nice car like that. He told me that barbering's a goldmine. If you rent/get a chair in a busy, respective barbershop you can earn good cash. He made it simpler for me to understand.A barber cuts around 10-15 heads a day roughly. Maybe even 20-25 on weekends if you're in a busy shop. A trim is like £6-£12 so a barber basically makes around £100-150 a day or £150+ on weekends. If you roughly sum that up that's around £3000 a month. I'm not saying that's a substantial amount of money but it's alot.Imagine making that at the age of 23. It's hard starting of though, you need to grow your fanbase.

Babershop is a good investment though.Especially if you have it as something like a netcafe aswell as mine does.(I say netcafe, it has a computer in the back they charge you for) =\Get yourself 10gs together and make it happen..As long as there are pickyhead yutes runnin around, you will have moneys coming in.

BULLWhy do people think that if you make summin like 3k a month you dont spend any of it.If hes announcing those profits then hes getting 24k a year - income tax. Then rent/mortgage, petrol etc costs money. If anything hes taking £800 home at most and even thats pushing it.
Just like every job... :D

Your thought was good but come on. I get what your saying but 24k at 23 is good money man. Especially in an occupation that people dont usually associate with earning money

Im just sayign people hype incomes and not expenditure.
Obviously money's going to be spent, it's 2008. I'm just saying that if you learn the trade, barbering is a decent career. I look at these old guys who have been barbering for years. Came from Jamaica with nothing but the clothes on their backs and now their mortgage is nearly paid. That's something. Also the guys who own the shops are definately baiding. I've heard of charges of up to £350 a month for chairs so imagine if you've got 5 chairs in a shop and you're also trimming hair for yourself.

Of course.Old school North West guys will know about Diamond Cut on Harlesden High Road in the 90's/early 00's. They had a hole in a wall in the back where drugs were dealt frequently.
