5 sets of 3 reps?5x3 is strength training Props for finally hitting 100kg but 3 reps is kinda weak aint it?thanx,benching 100kg = weak :D I rarely do bench but when i was doing it i did 4 sets of 8 starting at 85kg and increasing 5k a time, and I weigh less than you
bout three months ago i did 100kg negitive bench,it came down to my chest then rolled onto my neck, friend saved me just in time,so i have been sh*t scared of doing 100kg since then,now my bench will increse alot.

Method that works for meMain lift e.g. flat dumbbell press: heavy 5 repsSecond lift e.g. incline dumbbell press: 8-10 reps, i prefer 8 tho.For incline bench i do 25 on each side lol
how can u only do 25kg on incline and have a 100kg bench. shameful antics. i can only move 100 a couple of times but my incline is 35 each side for 6 reps.p.s the 100 club = 10 reps at 100kg

need a spotter, stuck on 50k plus weight of bar. too scared to up it yet, might try 2.5 either side because wot i'm on now is getting pretty easy, although my wrist suffers a little i think i have my hands too far apart.
