Ril tawk. If it's in specific areas/estates where there is a high amount of stabbings or violent conduct then cool. Problem I have is, who's to say the Police will abide by and stick to those laws in the designated areas? They are meant to give a form everytime you are stopped, how many times have you been stopped and the procedure hasnt been followed? How long before they extend it London-wide? Prevention is better than cure...
