Griffin is everyone's number 1 pick but Thabeet & Rubio are also highly rated. Rubio being european and thus less physical may be a gamble though. Nuggets were edging it until last 5 mins of 4th quarter then they made some dumb plays. Melo had a good game, defended Kobe well (even though he got 36 points). There is a problem with game 4 on monday as there is WWE Raw scheduled to take place at the same time as the BBALL game lol.Also in terms of technology Football is so f*ck*ng far behind most world sports, sh*t is a disgrace. Draft reform is interesting as well - eliminating the incentive for tanking should be an NBA priority, but I dunno if Stern has the heart to do it. Gladwell nailed it when he characterised it as sports operating in a bubble where ordinary rules don't apply.. he seems dumbfounded by it, but to an extent it needs to be that way for sports to exist. Also the speculation about Lebron's future gives me a little hope that the league won't be a one-man show for the next decade/ Great win for the Lakers tonight too. The stuff on Jordan not have a natural rival was also pretty good.
