there are thousands of other cases like this that dont make the papers, but the civil servants who know about this talk about it

people signing on, cant speak, wont speak english for most of their lives and they raise 3+ kids on the state and live on benefits all their life

and its not just foreigners but indigenous british people who prefer to stay on benefits cos its easier..and thats not their fault entirely
