With foreign teams the odds on favourite will win 9 times out of 10, it's not like man united vs bolton where bolton still have a good chance.. so couple low odds favourites in a accum + a decent stake = decent returns.

also picking 2/3 horses to go in a double/treble throughout the whole day.. A.P MCCOY is 1 of the best jockeys and wins alot of his races..so i look at the start of the day which horses he's riding on that day..pick a double which are favourites at around 2/1 or lower and more time it will pay off..
