Black Ant
Anyone download Natty Narwhal 11.04? Really like the Unity Launcher, Unity Shell/Zeitgeist get-up. Not yet. Will do eventually.
Faisal
what are the benefits of changing OS? Depends if you can, you could be using something that might not be available on Ubuntu or any other OS tbh. What do you need? /
Black Ant
did you upgrade or clean install?
Faisal
did you upgrade or clean install? Clean install. But that's because I was on the beta and I wasn't sure if I've upgraded to stable. Update Manager showed up on my other machine and upgraded fine.

Faisal
Install Y PPA Manager, will help you install many programs that aren't hosted on the app store. Paste each line in to the Terminal (CTRL + ALT + T will launch it) and press enter. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/y-ppa-manager sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install y-ppa-manager

Seydou
I formatted my hard drive recently. I want to run this plus my windows Vista. My memory is 1Gb, 32 bit operating. My questions are : Where can I download this Ubuntu, latest version? Is it easier to use than Windows? Can I run .exe Windows type of files on it? Safe.
