Skenghis Khan
if you think it tastes bad then your probably brewing it too hot and making it bitter, green tea should be brewed between 70-80 degrees c. 3/4 fill your drinking vessel with boiling water, top up with cold water, then add your tea.

Captain Planet
How does green tea affect your teeth? Green tea stains the plaque on your teeth, not actually the tooth itself. This is different from what happens when you drink coffee and black tea, as they are more pigmented in color. Coffee actually seeps into the enamel, which causes very stubborn stains to form. Thus, in comparison, green tea is much better for your teeth than coffee or black tea. Preventing teeth stains caused by drinking green tea The key to avoiding the ugly side effects of green tea is by removing plaque from your teeth. This ensures that the tannins in green tea can’t take hold on the surface, thus preventing discoloration. Limiting the amount of plaque on your teeth can be simple if you remember to brush after every meal and schedule regular cleaning sessions with your dentist. However, if you’re unable to brush your teeth throughout the day, then try chewing on some sugar free gum. A brand containing xylitol would be preferable, as this protects teeth from decay. Another simple tip to prevent green tea from staining your teeth is to rinse out your mouth with water afterwards. Furthermore, try sipping cold green tea through a straw as this limits the contact between the liquid and your teeth. In addition, buying the right variety of green tea is important to preventing teeth stains, as different types can have varying consequences for discoloration.
