thing is Boris was supposed to make it a fair playing ground for UK heads to buy new builds, but they're still being advertised to the Chinese weeks before us

 

Rich Chinese investors etc will always have the advantage as they can pay cash straight up for 1-2 properties. Despite what developers say a lot of new properties are still being reserved for Chinese buyers.

 

I'm really surprised that housing is not seen as a massive election issue for most people. Especially younger people.

all in all i would say you would need 1,000 - 1,500 on rent (all inclusive etc)   to be living "comfortably" i would say after paying 1,000 - 1,500 in rent you would need about 1,500 - 2,000 disposa
