Thun Posted June 3, 2007 Report Share Posted June 3, 2007 If you check the timeline Pulse X came out before Eskimo.I think the first Grime track would be Pulse X with that 8 bar pattern.So Solid was more into the bass 2 step garage but did start Grime in my opinion it was Musical Mob. So Solid maybe started the whole crew 8 bar over dubplate thing but Wiley ran with it and took it in a completly new directionWhen did it start ? about 7-8 years ago the sound started to shift from garage to darker beatsWhat is the biggest tune ? More fire crew - Oi, Eskimo. Pow or Dj wonder - what. Oi for me tho Who IS/WAS the best crew ?
