Going out every week is a killer. Since I stopped a few years back i've saved alot. Use Hotukdeals for the best deals and website glitches (they come frequent)

If you take out your camera phone and set it to take a picture, then point a remote control directly to the camera whilst pressing buttons on it, you will be able to see the actual light signals (something the naked eye cannot see) coming out of the IR.

My usual day of work involves me waking up, checking the calls I have for the day on my work phone, then deciding on what time I leave to get the calls done. Unlike an office environment where you know you'll leave at 5, if I'm stuck on a job, I pretty much stay on site until its done.

Do what you gotta do to get the P back, I despise people who come up with excuses when the deadline has passed. Happened to me with a very good friend of mine a few years back, I lent the guy £100 and was promised a full payment in 4 weeks time. deadline came and passed and for the next 6 months he came up with excuses to the point when he stopped answering my phone calls. I later found out he was going through a rough patch and actually used the full money on casino which he lost, he thought he could flip that money into a few grand.

Surely if you visiting your estranged wife and found your kids in that condition, your not just going to let that pass because she didn't give you an answer why?

I'm thinking of saving some P and not going to the barbers every 2 weeks just to get a number 1 all over. I've been looking at the Oster Classic 76 clippers (as these are the ones my barber uses aswell as andis t). Anyone had any experience with these Oster clippers, or will they give the same quality as some standard Wahl or Babyliss clippers?

LOL @ Target & Hanger Lane being difficult.

Last night at home I sat on my car key fob triggering all windows to go down fully. Didn't realise this until someone knocked on my door to let me know. Guy could have fully taken advantage and got a big mac meal using my contactless card in full view.

Who leaves home without their ID when they clearly know they are going to buy Alcohol? I do work on Morrisons IT system and in their Back of house and staff bulletin boards they have so much emphasis on think 25 that they put names of staff who passed the mystery shopper test when they brought a test purchase of alcohol. The checkout staff are more or less pressured to ask ID.

I remember when we first got AOL, you could download 15 second clips of .WAV songs that would take the best part of 2 hours to download (got a few Bone Thugs tune), amazing at the time. Napster & Kazaa were good for mainstream music, difficult to find any Dizzee Rascal tunes, thats of course until DC+ come about.

Lombard roundabout is nothing. Trying coming out of Morrisons and joining Stirling corner roundabout in Borehamwood

Tiptronic, iShift etc is basically a manual gearbox with actuators changing gears so you tend to feel when the gears are changing unlike in a CVT gearbox which are smoother at gear changes.

I think we've peaked in terms of technology. They will probably launch a man to mars mission which will be a key point in civilisation, Apple will sell half the company (and maybe go into administration) due to poor sales on their iPhones

I've had my work vehicle since January and its Automatic, so much easier with out fiddling with clutch control (got hill assist) and gear changes. I can now fully have my lunch whilst bombing it down the M4 or start/stop traffic.

The biggest downfall with smartphones today is the Battery life, thats due to using Lithium-ion batteries. In short a touchscreen smartphone requires a constant charge on the screen for touch capacitive as well as illuminating the screen, this is the biggest killer in terms of draining the battery. What we really need to see in the next gen smart phones is the use of Lithium air batteries which have a 5-15 times energy density than current ones meaning your phone could potentially go 6 days without needing a charge on moderate use.

RIMs BlackBerry's were the original smartphone, it revolutionized how we sent and received emails on our phones, it was capable of pushing email direct from dedicated servers onto your phone, and this was in 2003, ten years ago! The current phone market (Samsung & Apple) are generally aimed at the sheeps in society who are easily amused by touching a screen. I have a HTC work phone and its dreadful in terms of typing anything (always hitting the wrong button), were as my BlackBerry I can type faster with literally no typing error.

People driving with their indicators on not realising (same goes with high beams and fogs when not needed) Behind someone in a cash machine spending an eternity checking different cards. Behind someone in a self checkout with a weeks groceries with the dreaded 'Unexpected item in the baggage area'

One time I was with one associate of mine (don't really chat to him now) who is disabled because he has one arm. Any how one evening we must have been knocking back red wine at another mates house, then we all decided to go out. Guy ended up wrapping his BMW around a lamp post in Harrow Weald, he didn't even stick around when feds came, so they chased him.

Seen this before. It always amazed me how Quantum Physics and Relativity Theory contradicts itself.

The company I work for now wanted email, phone and address of my previous employer (excluding head office) This was done for CS Clearance, so not your average check.
