For general health just eat healthy, low fat, calories. Cut the junk food and other crap, thats basically it.Depends on your goals:A fitness bunny would eat salad all day and jam on the treadmill.A bodybuilder would eat six high protein meals a day.An athlete's/weight lifter diet would probably be similar to a bodybuilder.U get da point

Typical meal for me since im cutting ( dropping bodyfat )8am - 40g oats10.30am - grilled chicken breast mixed veg13.30 - can of tuna, mixed salad18.00 - 4 tblsp low fat cottage cheese tblsp of crushed walnuts21.00 - chicken breast 1/2 head of brocoli(AND I DONT ENJOY A SECOND OF IT! ROLL ON BULKING)

i eat healthy most time than not but still the weight never seems to fall off me so ive enrolled at a gym , as part of my * get fit * programme for im so determined more than ever now to loose weight.being unfit is so not good.
