It's free. The first year I had to apply for one bursary teh uni was offering, but this tiem around I did it when I was filling in the loan form. I will be getting it next year as well. Not sure if it's a ting because I started in teh first year of top up fees, or it's been around for a while. I am pissed on one thing I missed out on though. My friend in the year above gets either £500, or £1000 at the beginning of each term becuase he got 280 UCAS points. To think, all I missed that by was one grade.
