Picking up Special Edition tomorrow morning, will be on my desk for a while the way this is going.Phoned them up again the same woman started talking. I explained my problem and she said something about the Power Supply yet I told her the colour it was (which is an orange light). I then get told to switch on my console how can I when I explained I was at work and don't take a 360 to work f*cking dipshit.I now have to do it all for the 3rd time. This service is a disgrace I thought it would be straight forward and they would send you the labels to mail it off. However the problem might be the Power Suppply unit they may send me a brand new one and if my console does not work then it will be sent back for repairs and if that doesn't work I will be sent a new console and for all this crap I'm being put through I will tell them I want an Elite won't happen though.

When mine did this i took it back to GAME and the man goes to me I gotta contact Microsoft and send it to themI thought nah f*ck this.. Made noise up in the shop and the man brang a fresh 360 down and just changed itHe kept the fresh Hard drive though..

Well I phoned them up again and got it all sorted. Finally someone who I could understand and not shout at, will be sent the labels and have to box up my console for repairs. Will take up to 14 working days, so it's ok I guess but I'll be missing out on so much COD4 and Assassian's Creed.

*Sighs*Yet again something goes wrong. So I was sent the email with the labels, open up the link and I get the following messege.Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link. ( Error Code: 0 ) I now have to phone them up yet again wasting even more of my time to get the correct labels and give them verbal abuse. Then I check out the closest UPS to me and it's in north west London, yet I got a DHL 10 minutes away.Like I said Microsoft tomorrow can expect a verbal abuse from me because this is disgusting. All this over getting a console fixed!!!
