i do rows for my back. In fact i don't do any exercises for my biceps by themselves. Whenever i do my back they seem to fail first. I thought maybe after a while they would catch up, but still ppl think my arms have grown the most and i don't do any arm exercises!

Usually set the bench to upright, put one of my arm over and just do curls. With my triceps pushed up against the bench, so it only works my biceps. Some gyms have a thing called a preacher curl bench, that does the same kind of thing. Biceps are one of the easiest things to increase i find.

can anyone get ahold of GIF pictures of the different types of exercises for biceps?post them if you cananyone know what i can do to make some fast gains on biceps
check bodybuilding.com they have gifs or videos of all types of excersizes. basically you want bigger arms, you should want ur arms bigger not just biceps.work on ur triceps 1.5x as hard as u do on ur biceps cos they are 2x the size of the bicepssmaller muscles are more stubborn and need shocking i.e. changing up ur routine oftenas they are smaller they need good rest too, some people do biceps 3/4 times a week, ur just overtraining them = no growthdont over look concentration curls and pull ups, they add that extra roundness to them.

Rows are the rowing machine i beleive..Preacher curl always f*cks up my elbows for some reason..i guess I do it wrong, i'm always like..to tall for the thing, so end up under/over extending my arms to my ruin..
Doesn't the seat adjust?
Yeh...never seems to make a difference though biggrin.gif its not always the seat, its like my arms are...longer than the distance between the elbow rest and the handle? If you get what I mean..

What are rows? Rowing machine? And whenever I do bicep curls it feels like the bone on my forearm is gonna explode and thh muscle is gonna burst out, even though I might only be lifting 10 or 12kg on each arm. I can lift the weight easily, but I have to stop after 3 reps, cos my forearm hurts too much. Wha gwan?
doesnt make sense if it hurts that bad, your form must be terrible or its too heavy. if its something you cant get used to after a week or two then that excersize isnt probably for you. but ask someone to show you correct form first.you may also have K hands! my friend has this problem and as a result he finds doing standing barbell curls quite hard, his forearm hurts alot too.k hands are just the same as they are in legs, bcos ur arms extend outward when raisin the bar, more than pple with straight arms, it would hurt alot more it seems as if your forearm is stretching. if its not that, then its form, or its too heavy. start lower, OR u forearms are just weak. just cos u feel pain doesnt mean ur gonna die sometimes.

yeh safenah it's not too heavy cos i can actually lift it easy without struggling, it just kills my forearm. and it aint just a normal weights pain it kills, i have to put the weight down. I tihnk that K thing might be true though actualy, cos my legs do that as well. Ill check it out with a instructor,.thanks

Doesn't happen as much if you use a curled bar with a shoulder width or so grip. But yeah try to strengthen your forearms and it should go away
