Listen, in business, it's best if you have family & associates ok. Now, it could be an employer, it could be a business partner but either way, s/he will not fall into the category of 'family'. S/he might not even be an associate. Now, if you think a potential employer won't work with you because s/he knows you as a Black person says the word 'nigger', then you obviously haven't had enough corporate experience.
