anyone ever had doubts whilst on your course?

at the minute imnot enjoying any of it, except media. Feel to see ir I can change. Anyone else ever changed courses or know someone who has this far in to their first year?

Doubt it everyday, maths is too hard and I'm too lazy.

The way I'm missing lectures two days into the semester.

every day, my week in uni consists of the thoughts:

-why am I here?

-swear I can learn to program on the internet?

-why am I learning this when I really don't care about it and it won't help my future? (in non-programing units, e.g. theory of computation, architecture)

-where am I really gonna go from this course?

in 'intro to management':

-lol, is this really a subject?

-this is such a sh*t unit

-why am I learning theoretical common sense?

I've thought about changing course but there's nothing here for me but what I'm doing, nothing in any top 20 uni tbh. I'd do well to do a specialized course however i've taken the idea that going to a good name uni should be a priority

Im getting such big doubts. Im so broke. Going to be in so much debt. And all for what. A degree in something I dont actually have any passion for.

Glad Im not the only one who doesnt enjoy the course their on. What are al your teachers like? Mine are so sh*t. Apart from one (Media again, The only topic I enjoy)

boy, ive got 2 years carpentry under my belt and quallified

i am sorted if i want to drop out of uni, or work whilst im there

I know how you feel about missing lecture. Missed about 4 this week. I find with mine though only 1 or 2 are really imortant and the others you can miss which doesnt help nor motivate me to go in.

especially Monday 9am.

Got an assignment to be in next week. out teacher is sh*t, I havent got a clue.

What happens if I dont hand in one assignment? will I fail the whole course? Will I fail that whole module? Anyone know?

Because at the moment I dont think Ill have anything to give in

yupp, I think it's due to my lack of direction, and lack of demand for a high grade, lack of interest, a bunch of things really, but I'm not gonna throw away the opportunity for a good result in the long run next year i'm planning on high grades for everything

I am improving though, coursework has been 90%-100% so far this term, (the 10% off the 90% in one coursework was due to a day late submission that I had to do 'cause I realised my earlier submitted work lacked a few things)

I've writen 2 books Yoshi, on top of A-levels

Determination is in my DNA, you think UNI is going to demotivate me? come on now, I plan on writing a 3rd book in my first year at UNI
