LOl reminds me of when I worked at a cafe and they were trying to promote their image in student area. And they came up with a competition of who can get a picture with their new logo in the weirdest place. Then tell me to go design the logo. Every time I came into work they'd ask about the logo. Two weeks later they just gave up.

Its long to do them outside of work, but by not partaking in these activities you are blacklisting yourself for future promotions/bring in's.Think about the long term game plan before you pie off doing them.
LOL @ thinking I'm not gonna promote myself via a new job elsewhere before next years appraisals.

Doing what exactly Jo,was you there cleaning?
Yeah, I was cleaning. Then I got 'promoted' (lol) to the Pick n Mix and "that guy" cream counter. If you were working the night shift at any part of the cinema you still had to help in the cleaning at the end.I tell everyone that cinema work really isn't what you'd think it would be.

True Stories...One of my clients wants us to take them on an all expenses skiing trip to Whistler in Canada this winter for letting me over charge them on sh*t all year.I have a £10k budget to spend and they're letting me organise it all for them and I get to go on the trip too.. But it will prob take a weekend and two weekdays... Bit long innit, might say nah I can't make it, wanted to reach one rave that weekend instead.

lol @ the fact that certain man on this forum would actually do that.I had a client come over from Singapore a couple weeks ago, and ended up damaging the company credit card severely during a "Business Lunch" and "After Works Client Liaison Drinks".Its good when your company trust you enough to let you loose with their finances, but when you take the piss, they let it run because they know you're that valuable to them.PlusBeing pally pally with your bosses and the MD's>>>>>_______
