Lieutenant Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 Just signed up back to the gym and want to increase muscle bulk all over really but not too much and im trying to set out a rountine.If for example in my routine i just done chest once a week would that be enough to see a substantial difference?ATM it's looking like this:Day 1:-Chest-Triceps-AbsDay 2:-Shoulders-Biceps-AbsDay 3-Legs-Traps-Abs?
