Lack of positive constructive role models promoted by society and the media.Just because someone is born with a high melanin content DOESN'T MEAN the only person they will look up to is an athlete or a musician.Parenting isn't always the problem, or absentee parents, because a lot of kids get into sh*t just due to a lack of any sort of positive self image and run with the bad breed youts who don't give a sh*t. The reason this is an epidemic, and not a series of isolated incidents is because it is kids from 2 parent working class families who are bringing home money that are getting involved in this f*ckery.
