what do i need to do to build up muscles on my arms man?mans gonna be havin alot of free time now, so whatever it takes.
do u have access to a gym
yeh got access to the gym, minor. safe for te replies.any recommendations on the protein shake?

this takes most people 1 year of training with minimal results to realise. i guarantee all he will want to do is bench bress and bicep curls

correction...u wont see any change in ur fezeeeek until probably 2-3 months down the line...if you want to work on your arms you have to go to the gym at LEAST 3 times a week.that doesnt meant day afta dayMonday, Wednesday & Friday... maybe sunday...ALWAYS START WITH A CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING FIRST TO GET THE BLOOD PUMPIN - NO NEED TO BANG IT OUT FOR 30 MINS, AT LEAST 10 MINUTES WILL SUFFICE...basically, whatever form of weights you see do 3-5 sets of about 10 or if you can 12 repsalways start reasonably high on the weights as this causes drastic changes in a short space o ftime...never take more than a 30 second break, as you may soon realise your arms feel like jelly or something or the sort...always drink whilst training at the gym, whether water or lucozade...work on your triceps also as ur biceps... triceps are the nice muslces that give the arm the shape it needs - you will probably see more efficient results with your triceps firstly, then ur biceps...after your GYM session, always take Amino Acids, whether powder or tablets, and/or protein shake .... and make sure you eat something big with carbohydrates and protein in...always take amino acids or protein beforeyou go to bed...basically follow this 3 times a dayuntil you see a change...im on this ting also but hay u need to stick at it, i feel like giving up sumtimez stahHH

Good f*ck*ng advice to be honest.This is pretty much exactly what I've been doing for 2-3 months. Bulking right now, then gonna be switching up my diet to cutting.Arms will come gradually, just gotta keep ON IT.

Just nonsense. Total f*ck*ng nonsense. Over Easter I decided I wanted to start using my weights in my room every other day with a protein shake afterwards and tone so that when uni started again I could hit the gym properly. I did the same routine every day in my room with my Argos bought weight set (not the metal ones either, the plastic ones with a bar and two dumbells). When I got back to uni (5 weeks after I started) my friends could not stop going on about how much bigger my arms were. They were not huge or how I wanted them to be but it's nonsense to say you won't see any change for 2 f*ck*ng months! Absolute crap.
