There's also a lot of families that go there but its more for the young ones on a ravin ting tbh.When I say the Mexicans boy/hate the Americans, they really do pie them at every chance they get.Airport is (was) just long but jokes. Our plane landed AFTER two flights from the US... Understand they made all these American youts wait while they let us go thru passport control/baggage collection first. they were pissed.They searched EVERY bag by hand, one at a time, it took the piss quite honestly. Bit of a long ting after such a long flight but stil.Pre-warner... Americans are clowns and like to tip for EVERYTHING. As such, eveyone in Cancun almost expects a tip for breathing near you. But you get REALLY good service if you tip, so its on you really.Busses are shegged, but cost like 12p to go wherever you want within Cancun, they run 247 pretty much and sometimes two arrive at once, you'll never wait long.If you get cab they will try run a battery on your wallet. Show them ur a) not a d*ckhead not American and they'll barter an amicable price.You can get some boog weed out there.. Again show them the UK signal and haggle a price. If the loose is ur thing then any cab driver or market trader will be able to hook you up. Not my thing though so cannot comment further.Raves.. Basically you can rave every night if you want to. I swear I got the drunkest I've ever been in my life. Most the clubs are all inclusive... You pay $30 and thats ur entry and unlimited drink all night. Yes UNLIMITED. I'm a big man and when i look back at some of the photos at the end of the night I look like an article waste cadet.Some of the clubs are mostly waiter service.. Find one who looks like he's bossman and tip him GOOD on your first round. He'll catch ur eye every time he passes for the rest of the night and the drinks keep flowing at ur will.Luckily my girl at the time was a rum swigging Dominican from up North so she could back the pace - But there was one or two nights when she had to be piggy backed to the hotel.Places to hit... Coco Bongos - Owned by Jim Carrey, its some mad show throughout the might with pyrotechnics and all sorts of costume clad woman an man. You gotta see it though, its an experience.La Boom or suttin, was right close to our hotel. Had some crazy shoobs in there. Steve-O from Jackass did a live stage show where he basically duppied himself and audience members on stage, was quite joke.Another night Girls Gone Wild were filming inside the dance... Doin a dance comp on stage, me and the missus are at the front catchin two vibe. Two of the girls start whinin each other.. Next thing ones knickers are down and the other one starts eatin the poomps on stage. Brap brap.Too many good memories from that holiday I swear.Be warned tho they play nuff Reggeaton. Deadout.For the love of God, Allah and Jah you MUST do the excursion where they take you out in your own speedboat.. yes you get to drive your own speedboat. You go out all thru the lagoon then go snorkelling on the coral reef out to see. It's leng.To summarise, when I went there was literally now UK heads, straight Americans.. Cos they're young they're extra dumb. They think England is the size of the local park and that everyone knows each other.But all in all most of the girls looked drawable and most of the man looked like fassys -Enjoy. Didn't wanna go on holiday with him again coz he's long but I don't care. I neeed to land in Cancun in March. Also been told that it's hard to get holiday time from June till about October because that's the busy season for my job so it's gotta be Spring Break! It's a great city, but lots of people over here gasp about it like it's El Dorado, which I don't get. Then again I'm not huge on shoppingPassed through Vegas for a weekend a couple summers back.
