If you do not regard him as the son of God then you will not go to heaven.However during the life time of Jesus there was no Christianity, he was a Jew and so were all the disciples. The Bible was written a significant length of time after the death of Christ. Since Jews do not regard Christ as the messiah does this not been that they are doomed to hell?There are too many nonsensical statements in the Bible.
