A Bit Better Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 Bench press - 100KG x 2.Did it about 10 days ago 2 minutes before the gym closed at the end of my chest and bicep session. Just wanted to check I could do one but I suspected the guy spotting me helped me so I did another one (without racking it). He said he didn't help on either and I could've done more so probably gonna see how many I can muster at the end of my session tonight!
