Dubby
I wanted to fast this year to show support for my friends and relatives but flopped yesterday due to having to waking up late and couldn't get through the work day without eating. I guess its doable but takes a different kind of will power to what I'm accustomed to providing.

Faisal
Quite surprised nobody's exercising during Ramadan. I'm shaving off KG's that I've built up from the summer and my regular fatness. Drink a bottle of water before iftar ends (which is on top of all the water you've probably already drank), sleep, and then you're fully hydrated by the time you wake up for the running machine. Not allowed to push yourself too hard though. 30 mins only. You also have to eat the healthy stuff aswell. A few links that can help you. http://www.nhs.uk/li...ngdietplan.aspx http://www.lifemojo....ramadan-3280119 http://odd-wisdom.bl...-ramadan-q.html

Broke my fast with some wholemeal pasta, lots of liquids. i have woken up feeling bit dehydrated this morning, but ill know next time to drink more after the session is done. FKFJ.
Ramadan Mubarak guys Must be tough and that (no thread hi-jack) the church I go to we're encouraged to fast for 24 hours once a month and the money saved from that we give to the poor, as well as fasting and praying as necessary - only a snippet compared to 30 days, but fasting is noble still. gl people

If that was me I'd have puked tbh. Can't exercise after having recently eaten food. The amount of exercise you're getting from the Ice Training Session, is it light, moderate or intense? More than anything my sleep is f*cked because of Ramadan, though today was the 1st day I felt hungry during the day.. hopefully that was a one-off This is me atm. I haven't gone to any of the tarawih's yet, but I imagine the long prayers will tire you enough to sleep by 12:30 (incl. the fact you've had your suhoor when you touched home). Stamina wasnt all there and started fading towards the end but was better than i thought actually, thought i was gona have to stop training for the month. Not for me it doesn't lol I've gone everyday and I still end up sleeping at like 6-7am, though today was the 1st day I slept in quite late (woke up about 40 mins ago lol) So today should be a breeze
