Dunno if its already been mentioned but started intermittent fasting about 2/3 weeks ago, you basically eat 4-6 hours in the day and can drink all day. Actually sick, lost a noticeable amount of fat already. Not even that hard, all i've been doing is missing breakfast and eating late and getting my calories in during the afternoon/early evening.

Those of you trying to lose fat look it up on youtube, lots of info on it.

Back to 11st, Only a few pounds off where I was before holiday destroyed me.

I should be at 12 stone by the time Sept 22 rolls round. My diet right now is just too on point, dinner today was 2 boiled eggs, 2 drum sticks, 2 beef sausages, some left chicken breast and wholewheat pasta. Still got another shake to smash down aswell before bed.

f*ck it doing a shoulder session tomorrow.

seeing as this is the most active thread

im looking for 1 vital supplement to start on for my 'super september' to see how i can improve my gains

i beleive i should be looking at 100% whey protein

my boy recommends this: http://www.sciteconline.com/language/en/product.php?name=scitec_100_whey_protein_pro

and i know a lot of people use optimum nutrition 100% whey

recommendations of supplement and shop? ta

it doesnt really matter which protein u buy, as long as it doesnt make ur arse fall off and is reasonably priced.

i use boditronics, cos its £30 a tub, it sits in my belly nice - no farts, it tastes good and its a uk company.

i used ON 100% for ages but its too dear these days and i prefer having a protein blend to just whey anyway.

get a protein blend or a weight gainer that has carbs in it as well.

yeah i ended up with a fairly generic protein is a mix of isolate and concentrate, £35 for a big tub so that will do for now

starting to think i should have got an all in one with some calories in it as well...coz this sh*t doesnt fill me up at all but then again its not supposed to

gonna make a supermarket trip and stock up on the essentials for #superseptember

Broscience. You can take as much protein as you want per sitting. It will just take longer to digest. It also doesn't matter when you take it. Just make sure you hit your daily macros protein/carbs/fat for the day.

Helpful app: myfitnesspal scan the barcode to see the nutrients you ate. Helps to have a weighing scale to measure your food precisely tho.

People take macros and micros too serious. I've never counted carbs/fats in my life and most normal people don't need to. You only need to do that when your hitting them competitive body builder levels. Just eat protein rich stuff, slow release carbs etc and stay away from over packaged/processed stuff. Also don't eat bare carbs before bed. Throw in a couple shakes and read the bodybuilding sites and you'll get there.
