MrJibbles
They would go admin till the end of the season at the worst. Lol, you better hope they go into administration instead because you'd drop 6 points. I highly doubt this would happen.

Tbh I doubt it myself, the likely outcome will be Pompey going into administration. sh*t, I don't think the PL will let it happen either, I mean how would this look in regards to the PL being 'Greatest league in the world'? If Pompey go into admin they'll just lose 10 points like everyone else does, and if they go out of business well it's a sad day for football, but there play till the end of the season. Teams in this league going into administration will continue, this is just the start, the Premier League have created a monster and it will burst at some point. Teams needs to learn to not spend beyond there means, but they'll use the "we had to spend big to live the dream", it all went pear shaped. I hear you and it may well end in tears similar to the 'credit crunch'. Huge debts all over the place & hardly any of the clubs are properly paying these large sums of debt off so like you said, unless teams 'learn to not spend beyond their means'. I envision more PL & lower league clubs entering administration and in the case of clubs in serious debts, liquidation. When the first one happens thats when the PL will start to die. I'm sure it won't be anytime soon but I'm 100% certain things can't continue the it is now.

TF S4DK
Clubs will just stop spending money, and hope to produce young talents for the top clubs or unearth some star from untapped countries.
NO SUNSHINE
Clubs will just stop spending money, and hope to produce young talents for the top clubs or unearth some star from untapped countries. Swear United & Arsenal have some extremely serious academy players anyway. Dunno about the other clubs so much. When I went Arsenal v Liverpool youth cup game some of arsenal's players were unreal
TF S4DK
Yeah but they are spoilt, struggle to get games, struggle to deal with playing for clubs that size, or just dont turn out that great when they start playing with a age group of ten years. TF S4DK
To be honest once the club admitted the possiblity of administration, no new owner was gonna buy them before, you'd have to have loved the club and have p to waste. They relegated and rightfully so, the question is will they face another deduction next season as well.

Goddaz
85 employees have been made redundant, 250 left to run the club. I'm surprised some of players have volunteered to take pay cuts, good on them. Lol @ Storrie still being on the board earning ALOT of money though he did take a 40% pay cut.
