Roy Batty Posted July 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2010 Do all your regular used combos 20 times. Time yourself to see how long it takes to complete each set of 20. Do it every day. Make a note of how long each combo takes to reach to 20 and compare ur times on a day to day basis so you can see improvement.If I had the time I'd actually make a note of the number of attempts it took me to do 20 reps of a combo, and write it down as a percentage.
