trust. you spend more time with these people than you do your friends and family so you might aswell be able to have a laugh with them...but do not confuse them for friendsim seeing esp in this current workplace that people have some mad loyalties etc the atmosphere gets quite intense sometimes but workplace politics its a whole different topic
