45k a week Luke Young is off to QPR.If we can get Hutton and put the left over for a midfielder I'll be happy with the squad.
:D he was on 45K? f*ck. me.
As was Nicky Shorey, as are Habib Beye and Stephen Warnock. MON's 'fullback' wage. From what I can gather it's only 40k basic though, so not totally crazy :D

falque637a.jpgWe are delighted to announce the signing of Yago Falque on a season-long loan from Juventus. The Spain Under-21 attacking midfielder, a European Under-17 Championship winner with Spain in 2007, joined Juventus from Barcelona in August, 2008 and spent last season on loan at Spanish second division side Villareal B where he scored 11 goals in 36 games.
strange one this.
Lennon need some sort of competition and we did need another winger

Yeah, confirmed by a director as our highest earner pre-Bent.We have money, but the policy is one in one out due to the obscene level our wages were and are still at. We've gotta trim another £5m a year off the wage bill after Luke before we can start spending again (Heskey, Cuellar and Beye are like £8m a year), and all will be gone by next Summer./On that note now Luke's gone the obvious move would be for Hutton, but I reckon a midfielder might be on the cards (said he wants a midfield general earlier in Summer). He wants 'experience' - so I worry it could be a Poulsen.

Oh he did I thought he was released. However he falls in the category of Diego Capel,Arteta,Gabri, Babingda,Merida,Assulin,Gio etc etc that I would be surprised if he was ever to return as a Barca player. But the likes of Bojan/Botia/Reina I can see them returning one day.
