just a question to see if what im eating is cool just a normal work day 7:00 protein shake 8:30 brandflakes11:00 sandwich (brown breed ham or chicken )13:30 some from of salad munch (pasta or chicken) 16:30 sandwich (brown breed ham or chicken ) + protein shake 17:00 - 18:00 - gym 20:00 chicken brest wid veg (sometimes wid rice or pasta) is there anything wrong wid this ????if so any tips
Looks ok to me.I have the same for your first two meals and but replace Ham with Tuna, Ham aint particularly good. Looks like too much bread though. Do you eat fish? If so have some grilled fish for dinner (Salmon for example) with steamed veg and have the chicken breasts at 16:30 instead of another sandwich.Throw in a handful of Peanuts or other ntus plus fruit to give you the necessary fats your body needs and drink 2 litres of water throughout the day.

yea i do hav salmon some times i work like 8 to 5 thats y i have the sandwichessometime i hav a yogot @ 16:30

Spose you need the bread to get you through that long f*cking day.8-5 man.....What are you trying to do at the gym?

i go like 3-5 days a wk 30/40mins cardio 30/20mins weight machines
Do you not use free weights?
not much really tru i dont really know how to use some of them but i do the odd bit at home still
Mate, DO THE FREE WEIGHTS.The machines are sh*t except a few.You need to build your stabalising muscles in order to push heavier weights. 1 sec....Follow thissh*t it aint letting me copy it....http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=19229Scroll down and find the excercise program.

Iceland:4 chicken breasts for 3 quid, OR secial deal 8 breasts for 5 quid.About 25-30g protein a breast.Plus Waitrose, prawns for 79p a pack. About 25g protein.Gonna try post up more deals in the future.

6ft, dunno even know my BMI or anything like that, gunna be doing this week, but I wanting to shred some more fat

sounds like ull have some pretty solid muscle under there regardless. id say carry on getting big. theres no need to shed bodyfat now. wait till t-shirt season to get ripped

Inner pecs?My inner pecs are SERIOUSLY slacking, I can bench like 80kg's 4 sets of 8 (used to be 65kg) so my theory that i just had to push the weight up was inncorrect..For chest i do Flat Bench, INcline Bench, THe machine that simulates bench press, and cable flyes (they worked at first but i think i've got the maximum out of them)..How the f*ck can i fill out the middle? Everything else is so on point but pecs are such a big thing they're letting me down.
