I'm surprised no one has mentioned the additional capital letters in the thread title.

 

Professionally I'm a 9-10 because I have to be, I'm not allowed to make mistakes it costs people money. And I used to do Webchat for BT so speed and accuracy were always important.

 

I speak very well in my day to day life anyway, but overall I'd have to give myself an 8.
