Pac's not overrated, he may not have had the flow and lyrics of the greats but his delivery was something, he could make you feel what he was saying in a way no other rapper could.

And pac is great,his singles are some of the greatest of all time but realistically his albums werent all that and they always seem to have a good amount skipables .
