Jodie
Yea i wanna get that lightbox. I heard its alrite still. With me, i can get up in the morning. Its just i hate having to force myself and go against my body to get up and the only thing that can wake me up is light. So i may purchase, but im not really feeling the price just for a lamp. Guest R9
So your saying after they've asked you to wake up and you have to make further conversation.....your in dangerous waters?
charliechalk
Set all the clocks in your house for an hour earlier than the actual time for like a month. Then your body will get into a routine to be waking up. Then you can turn all the clocks back to normal once the routine's established.
