I thik whoever made mass effect did aswell ,I've seen loads of complaints before

they said before that , they went balanced , mainly blanka

either way we know why they did it no point lying ,

I f*ck*ng hate dlc though , if the game needs refreshing after some time it wasn't that great anyways imo

His movement is soooo slow , dash shit walk shit

His c.mk is good(kinda like ryu), you can confirm into death fist with ease

He has one running tiger knee type move that goes through fireballs

i like the idea of dlc in principle. Not the idea of ripping people off by with holding parts of the game.
