Bottom of the foot cramp is torture, I swear the world stops when that happens.Feels like some tendon is gonna snap, always at the end of football as well.

I used to get it when i was asleep in my hamstrings or when i got up from sitting down, it hurt but not really bad like some people or goin on. Just had to stretch it.Durrty that sounds like shoulder stich, used to get that playing football.

I just had it in my calf about 30 minutes ago, it woke up up form my sleep and it was in full swing, managed to stretch it out but the muscle was pulled and really sore, had to massage my calf out for 15 minutes.
